Traning advice... again

Back again with another question! lol I have been loungeing my mare for about a week now, and she is a little weak to the right side, so I try to lounge her to the right more than to the left. The only problem is, she will being going to the right, and then do a turn like a cow horse and canter to the other direction. After she turns around, it usually takes 1-2 minutes to bring her back down to a walk so I can turn her around again(she is very high spirited and likes to go fast and can be hard to stop). Usually, I have to just bring her to smaller and smaller circles before she stops.

Please give some advice

Hi. I have a mare that doesn't like it when you even go as far as to lay your heels against her, much less a squeeze. Does anyone have any tips as to how to get her over this?
